This book was commisioned by Tate & Lyle to introduce children and their teachers in primary schools to sugar, its history and its impact.

Far from simply being something to satiate man’s sweet tooth, sugar is also a renewable source of energy.The book explores this in an illustrative and photographic way.

Project

The brief to design the Tate And Lyle Book of Sugar with the aim to make it accessable to children, using a clear layout and plenty of illustrations and photography.
